  • Congreso de Latinos Unidos is a multicultural, human services agency based in the Puerto Rican and Latino community of North Philadelphia including a Latina Domestic Violence Program and a Women's Center along with  many other services and programs.
  • Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County, Inc.  provides support and shelter for victims of domestic violence including counseling, legal assistance and education.
